Companion localization for the ongoing Remix/custom-editions feature. Adds Game Library XLIFF strings for custom editions, source selectors/tooltips, and unavailable-source warnings across the supported locales.

This branch is kept open for further Remix development; the media selectors are not yet wired to the runtime. The changes have been squashed to one commit on current localization main for initial review.

Please do not merge until the corresponding XWVM feature is ready.
